Oct 22 Stone Age TF Performance Training Clinic

Timy Fairfield will be offering an Adult Performance Training Clinic as part of the Prime-8 Series hosted in October by Stone Age Climbing Gym in Albuquerque, NM.

Targeted at experienced adults wishing to increase their climbing abilities by infusing motivation into their training through exploring sport-specific training methodologies from other sports and how they apply to rock climbing. Participants will be introduced to movement integrated fitness exercises and creative workout structuring for individuals experiencing plateaus.

TF will be available before the clinic to answer any questions about Sportiva products during the shoe demo that will be running the same evening as this event.
